We provide a 100% money-back guarantee only if our products are unable to meet customer expectations related to their originality, also

Payments
We accept payments through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Online Credit Cards, and Cash-on-Delivery. Customers can easily place orders via the website and checkout with delivery information. There are no cash-on-delivery services available for orders exceeding more than Rs 20000. In this case, please pay via online credit card or bank transfer.

Delivery Information
Maaz Safder & Co aims to provide a seamless online buying experience to customers. Orders are usually shipped within 72 business hours. Orders on weekends will be processed from Monday onwards.

Refunds
Maaz Safder Collection is an original perfume collection, our smell is our secret. In case, the customer found any issue in bottle packaging, leakage, and tempered during the logistics only then we can return 100% of the perfume price based on defective. There is no refund applicable on the perfume’s lasting and fragrance likeness. If there is an issue with the product, please contact us via email, live chat, or Whatsapp.
